Spesen für Verpflegungsaufwand bei Dienstreisen 2014/2015

Wer dienstlich länger als 8 Stunden außerhalb seiner ersten Tätigkeitsstätte verbringt, kann einen Verpflegungsmehraufwand geltend machen.
Gründe hierfür können Kundenbesuche, Messen oder zum Beispiel Fortbildungen sein.

Seit 2014 können bei einer auswärtigen Tätigkeit von mehr als 8 Stunden im Inland Verpflegungspauschalen von 12 Euro steuerfrei vom Arbeitgeber erstattet werden. Bei einer ganztägigen Reise beträgt der Betrag 24 Euro. Vom Arbeitgeber bezahlte Verpflegungen, wie zum Beispiel das Frühstück in einem Hotel führen zu entsprechenden Kürzungen (Frühstück Kürzung um 4,80 Euro / Mittag- und Abendessen Kürzung um 9,60 Euro).

Ab 2015 müssen sich Mitarbeiter nun auch Mahlzeiten während einer Flugreise anrechnen lassen. Eine Anrechnung ist jedoch dann zu umgehen, wenn auf der Reise nur Snacks wie zum Beispiel Knabbereien oder Riegel verzehrt werden.
